Cupcakes and whoopie pies cost from £3 each. Prices are determined depending on the type of decorations required. A minimum order of 12 is needed.
Cookies start from £2 each depending on the size and decorations required. Price includes cellophane bag and ribbon for each cookie. Cookie gift boxes are also available from £12 each.
Celebration cakes up to 6 inches in diameter are priced from £50 each. Prices are determined depending on the type of decorations required. Prices for larger or tiered cakes available upon request.
If a consultation is required (for large orders), the cost is £30 which is refunded if you decide to place an order with us.
How to order
To place an order, please complete the form under 'contact' or email us at hello@icingbliss.co.uk. We will contact you with further information shortly after receipt.
For small orders (less than £100), at least 3 days notice is preferred, however if you have a last minute order please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs. At least 2 weeks notice is requested for larger orders (over £100).
Payment
Upon confirmation of the order we will send you an invoice via Paypal online. If you don’t have a paypal account you can still pay using any credit or debit card. You can also pay by regular bank transfer if you prefer. Please let us know your preferred payment option.
Deposits
A deposit is required once an order has been confirmed. For small orders (less than £100) the full amount is required as the deposit. For larger orders (more than £100), a 50% deposit is required. The balance is payable 3 days before the date of collection.
If an order is cancelled less than 14 days before the date of collection, or if the buyer does not pay the balance when it is due, Icing Bliss will retain the deposit. If the order is cancelled by the buyer at any time up to and including the 14th day before the date of collection, all money paid by the buyer, except the £30 consultation fee (if applicable), will be refunded.
A £65 deposit is also required for each cake stand hired. This amount is refundable if the stand is returned to us within 3 days after collection in an undamaged condition.

By signing the agreement (which will be provided to the buyer when ordering), the buyer has agreed to the colour, design(s) and flavour upon placement of the order. The buyer also agrees that once the full amount of the order has been paid, that they accept the order “as is” and no refunds will be issued.
